Hello lovelies! I hope everything is well with you and that you had a great Easter with lots of free time to do whatever you please. I only have one more day off until I have to get back to work, but I don’t mind since I will have some days off very soon again :}
So the other day I filmed a new Get Ready With Me Video and this time I got ready for a casual brunch. I used my Urban DecayNaked Palette for the eyes, and the Maybelline 24h SuperStay Foundation. For a complete list of products, watch the video’s info-box. I hope you like this video and please let me know what you would like to see next :}
Sorry guys for the delay of this video but like many of you know I have been preoccupied with work. Now, however, things have slow down a bit and I can’t stress enough how happy that makes me.
Like I say in the video, March wasn’t exactly a beauty month for me. I had minimal makeup on and I struggled with dehydrated skin and dry patches that I couldn’t do anything about (so it seemed). Whatever skincare product I tried, it didn’t help much. Hopefully my new skincare products will arrive soon and save me from the horror, haha.
I managed to include a few favorites of mine, despite the minimal beauty usage past month; like the Dove Go Fresh Showering Cream, the MAC Cremesheen Lipstick in Crosswires, and a few more.
Finally I filmed a new makeup tutorial for you! It’s a bit hectic at my job at the moment, but hopefully it will slow down soon :} I am trying my best to keep the blog updated, but I can’t promise that there will be posts every day.
I decided to do a makeup look using only drugstore products, and I was actually very happy with the result. The makeup looks fresh and wearable. What do you think?
Scroll down to see the actual makeup tutorial :}
All products I used! For a full list of the exact name, please see the information box in the video.
It’s been a long time since I did a ”dramatic” look, so I decided that it was about time to do something else than brown shades and neutrals. Smokey eyes is a look anyone can pull it off and it works great for special occasions. If you wear this to a nightclub, well, you’ll be the queen of the dance floor. So bring out your favorite dark eyeshadows and watch my video for a guided makeup application.
